Your account and age
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Mapinia account. Provide accurate information, keep access to your account secure and use Mapinia only where you may lawfully agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Personal and organization accounts must not impersonate another person or entity.
Using Mapinia
You may use Mapinia for lawful social discovery, sharing, collections, events and communication. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy data without permission, evade limits or safety controls, or use the service to harm others.
Your content and license
You keep ownership of content you create. You give Mapinia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display and process that content only as needed to operate, improve and protect the service. This license ends when content is deleted, except for lawful retention, backups and content already shared with others.
Places, location and events
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit. Event, venue and place details may change and Mapinia does not guarantee attendance, availability, identity, accessibility or real-world safety. Verify important details, follow venue rules and use appropriate care before travelling or meeting someone.
Messages and community conduct
Do not send harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, scams, illegal material, malware or unwanted repeated contact. The Community Guidelines form part of these terms. Users can report supported content and accounts and can block other users.
Moderation and account action
We may review reports, remove or limit content, restrict features, suspend accounts or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law or secure the service. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent action.
Account deletion and service changes
You may request account deletion in Settings and choose immediate deletion without recovery or a recoverable 10-day waiting period. Mapinia may add, change, limit or discontinue features and may update these terms. Continued use after an effective update means the revised terms apply, subject to mandatory law.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Mapinia is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not control user content or real-world conduct and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
