Age and lawful use
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Mapinia account. Parent or guardian permission does not make an under-18 account eligible. Never misstate age to bypass this rule or a legal or store requirement.
Zero tolerance for exploitation
Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, coercion and attempts to arrange unsafe contact with a child are strictly prohibited. We may remove content and accounts, preserve relevant evidence and report to competent authorities where required.
Location protection
Do not publish a child’s home, school, live route, repeated routine or other precise location in a way that could identify or endanger them. A minor should not meet an unknown contact alone; involve a trusted adult and choose a public setting.
Messages and personal information
Minors should not share phone numbers, home or school addresses, passwords, identity documents, financial details or intimate images. Requests for secrecy, gifts, money, sexual content or a move to a private channel can be warning signs of grooming or exploitation.
Reporting a concern
Use the in-app report flow and select Child Safety for the relevant account or supported content. Do not download, forward or redistribute suspected abuse material. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority.
Parents and guardians
A parent or guardian who believes a child has used Mapinia or that the service contains a child’s personal information can contact support@mapinia.com. Include only what is necessary to locate the account or content; we may request verification before taking action.
Support and review
Non-urgent child-safety concerns can be sent to support@mapinia.com. Reports may result in content removal, account restriction or escalation required by law. We review this policy as product features and child-safety obligations change.
